An exploration of breathing together. Useful for exploring what works for you, to destress, calm and connect you both. Can be beneficial during labour and during pregnancy to stay tuned into each other, enabling soothing, calming, connecting, supporting and reassuring. To be used in conjunction with hypnobreath, brahmari, golden thread and tissue paper breath. It is especially useful for partners to know what works and is helpful so they can guide you back to your breath if needed.
